EMPOWERMENT

Leadership Needed--This is the least desirable quadrant to occupy.  There is much work to be done when both scores are under 5.  An organization without direction and with unempowered people could be in for serious trouble.

Autocracy--This would signify the prevalence of an authoritative style of leadership with a high level of alignment; however, most of the decisions are made by  the leadership.  Limited access to information can at times lead to poor decisions.

Leadership for Success--Congratulations!  You are in the preferred quadrant-the top 14 percent.  Your challenge will not only to be to hold but improve your favorable position.

Country Club Atmosphere--In this quadrant the leadership style is loose, informal, with very little restraint, a good attitude, people are charged up, lots of empowerment.  But, the problem is-some people assume authority in a vacuum and turn out to be heroes, while others suffer poor results because there is little clarity and direction.
