Alignment/Empowerment

HAVE YOUR HR PERSON CONDUCT AN ANONYMOUS SURVEY WITH YOUR LEADERSHIP GROUP TO SEE WHERE YOUR ORGANIZATION RATES

Directions:  Please read the conditions for alignment in their entirety, thoughtfully noting each word, each phrase-the full meaning.  The question is:  In your honest opinion, on a scale of 1 to 10, where is your organization at this time?  1 is worst, 10 is best.  On the  vertical scale of alignment draw a horizontal line at that location.  Repeat the process for the empowerment question drawing a vertical line where you  think your organization is at this time.  Put an X at the intersection point of these two lines.

ALIGNMENT

Values, Purpose, Mission and Vision are clear; Goals, Objectives and Strategies are agreed to; Actions Plans are harmonious and focused on desired results.

EMPOWERMENT

Through participation, involvement, everyone in the organization shares
the responsibility for creating the future and is empowered to take the
necessary personal initiative to implement strategic management.
